1. Who we are

2. Data we process
- Audio you choose to capture (microphone or system audio) is streamed to our servers for speech recognition and translation, processed as a stream and not stored as an audio file after the session ends [confirm with engineering].
- Transcripts, translations, summaries and your AI questions and answers are stored in your account history so you can review them.
- Files you upload (CV, video) are stored to provide the Career and Entertainment features; you can delete them in the app.
- Account information: device ID, username (if you create one), purchased plans, transactions. We never store card numbers.
- Usage data: minutes used, features opened, technical errors, app version, platform, install source (to measure channel performance).
- Website: anonymous analytics cookies only with your consent; the email you leave for notifications.
3. Purposes and legal basis
To provide the service you request (transcription, translation, summaries, interview practice, dubbing), payment and support, accuracy and stability improvements, legal compliance. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not sell data to third parties.
4. Processors acting for us
Cloud infrastructure and AI service providers (speech recognition, translation, language models, voices) process data under contract and only to deliver the service. [List as legally required.] Data may be processed on servers outside Vietnam.
5. Retention
History is kept until you delete it or your account; transaction data per accounting rules; technical logs for at most [90] days.
6. Your rights
View, edit and delete any session or your whole history in the app; request export or deletion of all account data by email; withdraw cookie consent at any time. We respond within [72 hours].
7. Recording other people
You are responsible for obtaining consent from participants when recording meetings or calls, under the law where you are. LingoLive does not invite a bot and does not notify other participants on your behalf.
8. Children
The service is for people aged [16] and over.
