Terms of Service

1. The service
LingoLive provides transcription, translation, summaries, AI Q&A, interview practice, CV feedback and video dubbing. AI output can be wrong; check it before relying on it for important decisions.
2. Accounts
Accounts are tied to a device; you may add a username to use other devices. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe.
3. Plans, minutes and payment
Plans are sold monthly or yearly with a monthly minute allowance; unused minutes do not roll over. Pay via the app store or QR bank transfer. Prices include tax. We give at least 7 days’ notice of price changes; your current plan stays unchanged until the end of its period.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds within the first [7] days if you have used no more than [10] minutes of the plan; app-store purchases follow the store’s policy. Send requests to hello@lingolive.example.
5. Your content and copyright
You keep the rights to your content and confirm you are allowed to use the videos, documents and audio you bring into LingoLive. Do not use the service to copy or distribute copyrighted content without permission, or to record people without consent. We may remove infringing content and suspend accounts.
6. Fair use
Do not use the service to cheat in exams or hiring, or to harass or invade privacy. Interview practice is for practice.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Governing law
Laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled at [the competent court].
